I am new to 40k and I play eldar
my list is a lilttle scattered but i'm using it to learn
the rules so it doesn't matter. Please tell me what
you think. How can I improve with making little
adjustment as money is tight

U should consider running an avatar as a HQ. With WS 10 it'll hit anything in assualt & with strength 6 it will almost certainly wound. Also with toughness 6 and 4 wounds it'll be a challenge to kill. It'll also usually hit first. Basically, it's dirt cheap for what it is, about 150pts I think & it'll give some mega power to any list. I shouldn't say it buts it's about as good as a BLOODTHIRSTER for half the price!

As far as troops go, I have found Jetbikes to work, as they are fast and really annoying, so you can distract your opponent with them. But they will be very, very dead by turn 4.

Bloodbearer, the Avatar is cool, but wouldn't work, as he can't get in a transport, and so will be left behind.
Which sucks.

If you can do a few weapon changes, I think I could make a passable list with your models. You'd need to put a scatter laser onto your wave serpent, and a missile onto your Falcon. Then put a missile and a bright lance onto your wraithlord.

You can do this, I know you have the bits. All you need are the bitz, a knife, some magnets, and some glue. Weapon swapping is not hard coverting.
We've told you that you need to make these weapon changes months ago- nothing has changed. At all.

Do you have a new fire prism? or an old one. If you have a new fire prism, it comes with all the bitz to build a Night Spinner. A single Night Spinner is better than a single Fire Prism. So unless you get another prism tank, I'd suggest converting your Prism into a night spinner. This would entai l cutting off the Prism Cannon bits. (I'd suggest, once again, applying magnets so you can swap easy in the future) then adding the night spinner turret. This would be a bit more effort but well worth it for your army. Also if you hook everything up magnetically you can swap willy nilly between tanks- which is awesome.

Total: 995 points.

Its not perfect, but its a fairly solid gunline. Which is honestly the best you can do without more wave serpents.

I'd ditch the guardians all together and go with just two squads of DA, get bladestorm (10 man)

lose the wraithlord and get a second wave serpent, place both your DA units in them

put a scatter laser and shuriken cannon on the falcon with the fire dragons (use the falcon to cover the dragons by wiping out any assault threats with the SL and SC, remember holofields are your friend!)

Use either a prism or night spinner, doens't really matter...
