The Ramilies is a beautiful model. But yeah, it is quite expensive. If you are looking for smaller stations, Check out the ones that Spartan has for Firestorm Armada:
These are generic enough that you could use them for just about any space game. As I said, though, they are quite a bit smaller than the Ramilies. Spartan does make a pack of space station/military installation bits that would be useful for making a large station of your own, though:
