Subject: Descent of Servo Skulls?

I'm curious how everyone would interpret how to combine the effects of the BA Descent of Angels rule and the GK Servo Skulls effects on Deep Striking in a team game of both armies on the same side. Would the effects combine and thus cause no scatter?

It is a team game, therefore you need to work out the rules for yourself
It is common to disallow two armies special rules from working together, however.

I understand that, but the GK servo skull description says "Any Friendly Unit" which is why I'm asking.

And, as I said: it is a team game, you have to work out the rules for armies using other armies special rules yourselves
If you allow them to work, you can get some VERY interesting matchups.

Just as Nos said, if you are playing a game with teams there are no solid rules. You will have to work that out before hand. However, most people do not allow special abilities to effect the entire "side." A GK ability stays with GK and so forth. This is done because it can cause some serious balance issues.

I constantly play 2vs2 games with
- anything affecting "friendly units" affecting the team mates army too
- anything affecting "orks" affecting friendly and enemy orks
- anything affecting "your army" limited to my army
Results in some whacky games(Fortuned Leman Russ Punishers or Monoliths with KFF anyone?), but 2vs2 is even less balanced than 1vs1 wh40k games, even without this.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.
