I think the general rule for anything smaller than a pistol you do not have to mode it. I do not think you have to put a little brain mine it on your model to have one. (for example most people do not put Meltabombs on their models)

Also, I think that the Brain mine is not an option for Any of the Grey knight squads only the HQs, and as such I would be surprised if there was one on the sprue.

There are a number of grenade bits, just pick one and paint it fancy.

In the Termie box there's some sort of servo skull accessory, you could count that as an Emperyean.
