Put the three dozerblades on because I wasn't sure what else to do with 15 points. More hammers, less halberds?

Or you can drop the dozer blades and add a IC that will help one of your purifier squads in CC. A inquisitor loaded with grenades a powerweapon is pretty cheap.

Agreed, but then he has no shooting really. I think dropping the Psycannons and opting to Psybolt TLHB Razorbacks might be a better option. At least then you put out some 36" S6 shots for opening up opposing Rhinos, while the Dreads take care of everything else AV12-13. The big problem then would be AV14, but that is not exactly that common anymore, imho, so I wouldn't fret too much about it. Of course, if you did want to include Meltas, tossing a Squad or two for Coteaz and some Henchmen with Meltaguns isn't a bad plan.

Is there a better/cheaper way to spam psycannons? I'll probably drop a few daemon hammers for an extra halberdier in three squads. I want 12 psycannons shooting per turn!

So I dropped the rhinos and went all razorback. Better?
