Why not just make a full Dread Marine list, it makes for amazingly fun game play and you can paint them however, you want as you can only play Dread Marines with a custom Chapter, The one downside to dread marines is the price of Codexs :S It starts to get expensive if you play it properly.

Hope this helped,
Hezekial

Angel Guard Space Marines = 7500 pts
Tyranids = 3500 pts
Exodite Eldar = 1500 pts
The Fallen (Dread marines) = 3000 pts

Mate, the way you written your list is absolutely unreadable..

Anyway, why not include 6 Dreads thanks to a Master of the forge?

Maybe not the best build available btu funny and on theme. Dress them as Iron Hands and they will look very good.

Hmmm well you don't really need the extra armour on the Predator because you still cannot shoot anyway.

Plasma cannon is ok but don't expect it to do wonders. I've always found Dreadnought to be meh in combat though if you want combat stick with the extra armour, but a shorted ranged weapon would be better to encourage you to get into the fight if not replace the other arm with twin-linked autocannons.

Tactical Squad has no transport so won't get into range and if you combat squad 5 Marines aren't going to win combat.

5 Assault Marines? If so they won't do a fat lot. You need 10 of them and double units.

Devs don't need power fist as they're shooting not assaulting and if they did get assaulted the fist would strike last which would probably mean half the Devs will be dead when it does strike. TBH Devs cost too much in the normal Marine codex I'd get another Predator.

I'd change the las/mis Dreadnought to match the others.

Captain isn't that coll just stick with the Librarian. Other Tactical will have same problem as the others, won't get into range.

As it was said you don't need extra armour on the predator, I'd give the Devs Razorback to one of the Tac squads as they're a heavy weapons team that relies on range somewhat and finally I think the Librarian should have the powers: Smite and The Gate of Infinity.

You will outshot a lot of armies but you will suffer hardly CC specialists that survive at the massive fire. Pay really attention to deep-strikers and teleported Deathstars in general.

Obviously the 2 NON-MELTA Tactical sq. will split, flamers in the Razorbacks and ML on your table edge in cover.

Have you considered BA? Or even SW?

The SW have a very good list that include 4 Dreadnoughts.
