I do not see IC listed in his special abilities, but his "First to the Fray" states that he and any unit he accompanies can deepstrike etc. So is he able to join squads or only form with his Ghost Bodyguard?

I am assuming he is not as him joined to Draigo and 10 Paladins + deepstrike first turn with no scatter and then Combat Squad into two squads each with a either Modrak or Draigo and are scoring is off the charts.............

*Edit: I cannot spell or organize a sentence apparently!

He is not an IC. He doesnt have the rule

What it means is you could put a libby with him, DS in and then start summoning untis to you....

As a side line can you also add 3 tech marines to the same squad?

Fixed for clarity. Modrak can not be joined by an IC unless he has the unit attachment. He works the same as a Hive Tyrant - "always a single model" unless you attach the unit to him.
