Brotherhood Champions are not Independent Characters so cannot join other units. They are effectively a unit of 1 model.

I am not an expert but your warbands are very mixed in terms of what each model can do whilst that gives you utility it does mean half the time your most of your squad members won't be doing anything. I would focus each warband into a more specific role.

I like the multiple psykers, but take care with your servitors.
Mindlock affects the WHOLE UNIT, so with only one inquisitor your looking at 5 units that have only a 50-50 chance of moving or shooting.

If you only have one inqusitor only have one unit with servitors in.

Just checked codex, and Brotherhood Champions are indeed special characters.

Due to the fact that only 5 models can fire out of a chimaera, it's fine that only 4-5 have shooting attacks. Once they spill out, all will have something to add in CC.

Changed out servitors in non-Inquisitor warbands to a daemonhost and assassins.

Incorrect. Brotherhood champions ARE independent characters. It's crowe that isn't.

Indeed, Brotherhood Champions ARE independant characters. Only take them to grant re-rolls to a killy squad and then stand there blade shielding. With one wound, these guys are FRAGILE. Personnelly I'd take another inquisitor instead... stop that bloody mindlock...

It's ok to be fragile when you can take a model with you. I'll charge abaddon or mephiston, happily die and take that model with me.

All very well, but in practice, 2 independant characters (especially one such as Abbadon, your opponent's not a slow) will very rarely come into base contact. You'd be better with a rad-nading inquisitor or something...

Henchmen Warbands don't use force-org slots. I don't think the list is legal.

This ruling is still being debated (hotly I might add) and even most people on the "they don't" side believe that it'll end up (at some point) getting faq'd to say that they do.

My main comment about the list is that they units seem excessively mixed. It's better to focus on a specific roll then to try to make each unit do "everything".

It seems petty clear, not that I really care. One would be well advised to not try this in a competitive environment.

To me, a Grey Knight-less army just seems slightly silly - not that I don't enjoy silly myself now and then.

I will agree that this list doesn't seem competitive, but to say that a list without any GK's isn't viable would be a mistake. Depending on how Coteaz is FAQed it may be possible to have a ton of specialized squads at a minimum 6 to do your bidding.

Coteaz makes henchmen troop choices.

My apologies, I must have missed it on their description after seeing that crowe wasn't an independant character.

The list is legal...moving on.

I would take the psykers out of the champions squad...make it more suited to him...and please no daemonhost in his squad (for fluff's sake) crusaders, arcos, death cultists, and a few melta/plasma warriors would do him well.

All over

I do not like the henchmen armies. Also brotherhood champ can't join a squad he would walk alone. Also your units are alot of points. And if those psykers take a peril they all die. Kinda a big point sink to have that happen.

Brotherhood champion is an independant character and he can join a squad. You're the second person to say that, so that must be a change in this edition codex.

I also do not like henchman armies. But I wanted to make an all henchmen list (except the brother who is there to supervise ). You don't like this list? My friend wants to make a list of as many Jokaero's as possible, effectively making a "dirty monkey" army.

My fault. But it can't be a flying monkey army because it can't fly. So I guess you'll have to go with D. Dirty Ape army. Are you going to use my suggestion and get a barrel of monkeys for conversions?

I very well may do that, if my wife doesn't kill me for thinking about a grey knight's army!
