noted the critique on the osl. ive toned it up and down a couple of times on the mini as i couldnt get it to look right on the table top. Ill see about adjusting it one more time before i give it to my friend

The glow looks nice, my issue is that I can't attribute it to a proper source.

The glow is supposed to be coming from the gem on the weapon and within the ribs and collar of Asphyxious

problem are, the deepness of the recesses create shadows that ruin the effect and for some reason the camera eats the briighter yelllow within the glow

in hindsight i shouldve filled the recesses with putty to make them shallower

also toned back the osl a bit as per suggestion

yeah its nopt working in someway, i think that sourse appears to be more in from of him than the gem on the lance. Its all really nicely painted but the lighting effect has just missed the target slightly
