Tomorrow Dawn of War Retribution is getting a Dark Angels DLC pack for multi. Features lots of robed awesome, deathwing terminators, all that good stuff.

Its not free, costs around 7 GBP on steam.

This is actually really neat, seeing as Dark Angels are (in my opinion) the least over-the-top 'specialist' chapter in the Warhammer 40k universe. I love the prevalence of cloaks and robes.

Now if only they'd do something similar for the Night Lords or something.

Huh, I'm surprised a modder hasnt done that yet. Looks interesting and theres less mucking about on compatibility

Although now Relic has joined in on the DLC crowd, wouldnt be surprised for charging us for an extra unit or two

I doubt they'll do that, they'd probably use an expansion to add any units or anything major like that. Remodels/retextures without new animations are easy to do in comparison.

I am with Melissa on this one, DKOK would be awesome! As would most of the IG regiments that don't use the Cadian style armor.

They would also need new voice files in case of some of the Guard regiments.

Aye, really do.

It's sad, its been so long since I owned the expansion, the only name I can remember is Weaselfierce.

As to the DLC, still pondering on if I should get DoW 2 atm, I think the last expansion included the original DoW 2 game, so for that reason I am very tempted.
