I wanted to make a list which had an equal balance between footslogging Guardsmen, mechanized infantry and armour. This is what I came up with. I initially wanted to give the Platoon Command squads Chimeras, but I wanted the additional firepower of a Valyrie and Vendetta, so I decided to stick them in there instead as a compromise. This is intended first and foremost as an all-comers list, and I think it's well suited to the task.

I apologize for the double post.

I have to ask: why are you putting your PCSs in Valks and Vendettas? They can't issue orders from them, and they have no fire points. I'm sure your strategy is to drop them using the valk and vendetta to get them in close, but IMO, that's kind of a waste.
