Seems too....simple to me. Too fragile.

I used fabius bile in a team tourney 1 time. In 1250 points I had 4 squads in rhinos w/ 2 meltas each. I rolled 1's for all four squads, I was down to 22 CSM and 3 meltas before the game even started.(from 40 CSM and 8 meltas)

Ouch! I was going to use Fabius with some Plague Marines, i figure you roll the armor save and FNP.. usually that means you walk out safe even on a 1.

I've always wanted to run an all chaos marine enhanced army with Fabius Bile - do eet !

i guess it really depends on your meta game, ig chimera spam, dark eldar lance spam, any eldar flying circus and most razor spam lists will eat this for breakfast.
it looks like a fluffy list but in competetive games its probablyy gonna get screwed

Strength 5 does you absolutely no good when your opponent is running circles around you and blasting you to kingdom come. 5++ won't keep you alive forever, and you are far too slow to catch any mechanized army. Not to mention they could turn into the Incredible Hulk and just kill each other. IG would have a field day turning you into a gory soup.

Need some anti mech in this army son. Drop some chaos marines and add in some heavy support.
