Ok not sure if this is the right place to ask but was wondering if there is any cases where you can deepstrike or use like a lib gate during scout?

Ok nothing I could think of either, I guess I cant shunt my dreadknight then, as it is basically the same rules as deepstrike except you can only make a normal move, didn't think deep strike was a normal move but wasn't sure, thx all.l

Uh, what?

Gate can only used during a movement phase, so you can't use it when scouting.
If a unit was allowed to be repositioned anywhere on the board via the deep strike rules instead of moving, it could do that during scouting. There is no such model that I'm aware of though.

You can shunt, as it is a move you make instead of making your usual move

You cannot deepstrike in the Scout phase, as the only way to DS is to declare yourself in reserve (and this includes Drop Pods, who simply modify the reserve rules) and you cannot come out of reserve until allowed - which is NOT in the Scout phase
