This list is largely cobbled together from what I have available to me, model wise. I generally dislike vehicle-heavy builds, thanks to my old Steel Legion days. The idea behind this one is to bring marines back to their roots as shock troops - hit the enemy hard and fast, and leave the mess for the IG to mop up as we move on to something more exciting. To that end, I tried to make everything in there either fast, deep striking, or scouty. I know it'll be fun for ME to play, but I'm curious a) how quickly I'm going to get tabled, and b) whether YOU would have fun playing against it. I know I'll at least make it to Turn 2 (hur de hur), and I'm hoping the unpredictable nature of the deployment will work in my favor.

HQ - Captain in Terminator Armor w/ Storm Bolter & Power Sword
HQ - Librarian in Terminator Armor w/ Storm Bolter & Force Weapon (no idea on powers yet)

TROOPS - Tactical Squad (10) - Flamer, Melta Bombs, Plasma Cannon, Drop Pod
TROOPS - Tactical Squad (10) - Flamer, Melta Bombs, Las Cannon, Drop Pod
TROOPS - Tactical Squad (10) - Flamer, Melta Bombs, Missile Launcher, Drop Pod
TROOPS - Scout Squad (5) - Camo Cloaks, 4 Sniper Rifles, Sgt. w/ Combi-Melta
TROOPS - Scout Squad (10) - 1 Heavy Bolter, 2 Bolt Guns, 6 w/ Bolt Pistol & Combat Blade, Sgt. w/ Combi-Melta

ELITE - Dreadnaught - CC weapon, Plasma Cannon, Heavy Flamer, Extra Armor, Drop Pod
ELITE - Terminators (5) - Heavy Flamer

HEAVY - Devastator Squad (10) - 3 Missile Launchers, 1 Heavy Bolter, Drop Pod

FAST ATTACK - Land Speeder Squadron (2) - Heavy Bolter, Tornado Pattern Multi-Melta

(total 1990 points - I was probably going to give someone melta bombs or a combi-melta, but I'm not 100% sure)

Hey there Stelka, to answer your questions a) it all depends on if your army arrives or not as to how fast you could get tabled, but the list seems quite good in my opinion. And b) I'd love to play a game against this list, it would be very hard to make a plan and stick to it, due to the unpredictable nature of the list like you mentioned haha. One critique however would be the lack of tank busting guns you have a few, but i'd like to have some more myself (:
