Nemesis ward save,Brotherhhod Banner when you put down the sword to get this can you still attack? are your attacks power weapon?

but I think I understand.

You get the banner, you trade a sword. You can attack, but they are just strength 4, no power weapon.

Thus, its probably a good idea to use the banner on larger squads of GKT only. you lose 2 power sword attacks, but gain 4 power sword attacks in a 5 man squad. You lose 2 and gain 9 in a 10 man squad

But if you get a nemesis warding save do you lose your power weapon attacks?

Nemesis warding STAVE do you mean? No, the stave is still a nemesis weapon, and is thus a force weapon

All terminators except apothecaries and brotherhood banner carriers have power weapons and force weapons, no matter what.
