You've got your army split into the fast portion, the trukks and bikes, and the slow portion, the dread, kans, and foot sloggin boyz. I'd be interested to see how this would play out, as the general consensus amongst ork players is that you want all of your army to reach the opponent simultaneously. That said, I could see your first turn flat outting the trukks and turbo boosting the waaagh bikes to get in their face, allowing time for the rest of your army to march up unmolested by shooting.

It's up in the air, consider finding a friend and play test it.

I have found being fast not what its cracked up to be.
Racing to the other side of the table just to get roundhouse kick by a SW, BA or a bigger Ork army, is not a game winner

My Padawan plays Kult of speed and his army only has
Wazdakka Gutsmek
Warboss on a bike,
12 ork bike units with nob PK, Bp
12 ork bike units with nob PK, Bp
and the Rest of the points in a huge unit of Nob bikes

Not only can the 3 units hold, but it only has 5 KP total so it hard to beat
