Thanks for the advice, I am also considering dumping a deffkopta and 2 gretchin for another squad of 5 lootas.

Well if I don't know about that one, I would either lose the Big Mek covering the wagon and trukk or lose the warboss which means I can't have 3 loota squads.

Warboss is ok. Big Mek doesn't need a power klaw if you want combat from the Big Mek take a burna then at least you won't strike last.
Lootas are fine.
Nobz need different wargear so put the bosspole on one of the big choppa Nobz and 'eavy armour on another one.
The Boyz on foot are just going to fall behind and the single Battlewagon will end up just being a big target because of the Nobz inside. If you get more Battlewagons you should be ok.

Thanks for the advice all. I decided to change the list somewhat. More to make it funner with the Warphead, I think that even if him and his unit do nothing the list is still pretty competitive with the nobz, lootas and trukk boyz.

Big Mek goes with the Nobz, Warphead goes with the Shoota Boyz. I am debating dropping 2 gretching for a PK on the Big Mek for purposes of after unloading the nobz cargo being able to step on the boarding plank for more tank busting action, but between the Koptas, Deffrollas, Lootas, PK Nobz and maybe a lucky Zaap from the warphead I think it might be overkill.

Your single Battlewagon is still going to attract a lot of attention and then your deathstar Nobz unit won't make combat which is very they belong. You still have a unit on foot which is moving behind the vehicles and will fall out of range in time and the Warphead is a rubbish HQ. If you combined those two Trukk Boyz units into a single unit of 20 and then throw in a Battlewagon you will be ok. Then the unit of 30 switch to a unit of 20, then find some points some where to add another Battlewagon. At minimum a Wagon needs dethrolla and big shoota costing 115 points.

I've never really had an issue with a on foot mob to make it into close combat by turn 3, these guys are shootas so they can probably be in range by turn 2, plus with the Warphead there is chances of things to speed that up like Waaaghs and 'Ere We Go. I will consider combining the trukk mobs into a single battle wagon mob.

You may make it into combat turn 3 my point is everything is mech except for that one single unit and other stuff will either make combat sooner or lag behind to protect it.
Exactly that, the Warphead is chance. I don't like chances when playing. I like certainties.
Combining the two Trukks into a single Battlewagon would be a massive help to the force
