as i see it when ahriman cast the rubric all non phycers and weak ones turned to dust and their soul was trapped in therir armour and all phycers had their powers greatly incresed
now rubric marines can have their souls put into armour when their "killed" but what happends to the powered up sorcerors can they be reaniated aswell or is their a certain amout of thousand sons sorcerors left

A sorcerer has the ability to become whole once more if they are found worthy of it from Daemons/Gods and from whatever deal they have struck. Sorcerers tend to strike deals in order to receive more power. I would find it in a daemons interest to bring said sorcerer back to life, if only to make the sorcerer their thrall, or expect payment.

so for example a sorcerror strikes a deal with a deamon saying that he will be reanimated upon death if he kills 1000 space marines

Really depends upon the Daemon, but lets say 1000 Space Marine Skulls or a large collection of gene seed.

I always thought that the sorcerers were bonded to their armor as well, they just kept more of their free will.

A Chaos Marines soul is never lost in the warp if he was devoted to a spacific god, after death it belongs to the god and isused in what ever way it wants.

In the case of The Thousand sons the ones with little or no psychic potential/power were sealed in their poweramrour and turned to dust but all the sorcerors powerful enough just had their power augumented but kept their flesh, I can't quote exactly as i can't find my CSM codex at the mo.

Rubric Marines reform after a time if destroyed. Basic Chaos Marines can also be returned to life if their patrons are powerful enough and they have struck the correct bargains. So there are only so many Rubric Marines, and the Thousand Sons sorcerers are probably a closed brotherhood of the undying as well. They may take on useful psykers as acolytes, though, and that's what I assumed the Aspiring Sorcerers are supposed to be. In one of the Space wolves novels, a Thousand Sons sorcerer had devised a ritual to return all the TS who died on Prospero to life. Since their souls all belong to Tzeench. It would have revitalized the Thousand Sons, since those marines wouldn't have been bound by The Rubric.
