Please take note of the cost of one of those RJB squads.
Than compare it to the cost of a Ravager.
Than ask yourself what you want the RJBs to do for you in the course of the game and whether or not a Ravager could do it better or as well.
Than just take a Ravager and drop a RJB unit
If the Hellions are assault units than shouldn't they have tools to help them assault - like power weapons? Personally I think you'd do better with more Wyches and less Hellions as the Wyches' Raider provides you with more anti tank firepower and the Wyches themselves are pretty much superior in every way to the Hellions.
I'd also strongly advocate Flickerfields or Night Shelds on the Ravagers.
The biggest flaw I see in the list is that turn 1 you're only going to have 6-8 Dark lance shots at 2-4 enemy vehicles. Considering that Wyches can potentially assault turn 1, and certainly by turn 2, your big weakness is that you don't have enough long range anti-armor to ensure your assault units have optimal assault options.
I'd drop the 2 mini Hellion squads and the 2 RJB squads and use the extra points to help bring in some more long range firepower as well as amping up that big unit of Hellions, as if you're going to take it you might as well give it some tools to help maul
