okay the +1 from falchion pairs is that in addtion to having 2 close combat weapons or not?

Posters who ignore the rules and mainly complain about point costs (and ignore the maths showing that +1A is wildly overcosted) state it is +1A

wow, evil. Terminators 2 base plus 2 plus 1 for charge and 1 for banner..... six attacks base.

Which still arent as good as kantor'ed LC terminators, and still get eaten by TH/SS termis.

Falchions are still a fairly terrible choice, even at +2 A

Purifiers could work well with them(and are pretty much the only unit I would put them on, maybe Interceptors but I think Halberds would be better).

10 Falchioned Purifiers(290 pts) vs 7 TH/SS Termies(280 pts); purifiers assault: Cleansing Flame(1w opponents means no bother with Force weapon activation, might as well use the flame)= 3.5 wounds, .588 unsaved, 50 PW attacks=25 hits, 13.5 wounds, 4.5 dead T-hammer termies, 4 t-hammer termie attacks= 2 hits, which = about 2 dead purifiers. Remaining termies die in second round of Combat(Right when we want them to). Hammerhand vs Cleansing flame equals out w/Th/SS termies.
