had a thought recently about trying out some death company with boltguns and jump packs.

enables them to rapid fire whilst moving round the battlefield with good speed, and also being able to assault afterwards.

3 attacks on the charge.

obviously with a couple of special weapons in the unit, thunder hammer and power weapon for instance.

why would you want an extra S4 shot rather than an extra S5 attack that contributes to combat res? Why would you want jump packs on a unit with Rage when you can mount them in a vehicle and the actually have control of them...

because it is possible to do more damage with boltguns on certain occasions, weakening the opponent and then taking the rest of the troops out.

was just a thought as no one has ever seemed to mention it.
