First things first, your commander has too much equipment, and the CIB and PR don't go that well together. I would get rid of the 2 shield drones, targeting array, and stimulant injector.

I would also give him a missile pod instead of CIB... but that is more just my opinion on the matter.

Your crisis suits are fine. Normally, people don't but them the Team leader and BK upgrade... in fact, i wouldn't suggest it at all. Spending 10 points to save 1 crisis suit about 50 points, which has a good chance of making their leadership anyways, isn't the best of ideas. I would get rid of the team leader BK upgrade.

Your Crisis Team with TL MPs, I would get rid of the target locks and give them flamers. There are 2 reasons for this, target locks won't do much for you, you should be focusing fire most of the time. 2, flamers are cheaper than target locks and can kill hordes if it comes down to it.

Give your devilfish Disruptions Pods as well as a multi-tracker, it will make them nastier.

You don't need to pay for the targeting arrays on your hammerheads.

Your broadside is illegal and is bad anyways. First of all, you have a max of 2 Shield Drones for him (You can actually have a perfect argument for more.... but I don't want to get into that.)
Second, spending 45 points to keep a 70 point model alive? What's with that. I only get shield drones in units of 3 broadsides.

That said, get rid of all the drones and get him an A.S.S., so you can move and shoot. If you have any more points, get another broadside as well, with A.S.S.

The main issue I have with your list is thhat its mostly Bs3. Tau suck when they are using Bs3. They simply don't have the volume of fire to make that work.

9 Crisis at 1500 is brutal but only if their guns hit anything. The deathrains should be equipped with targetting arrays (or flamers).

Find a way to get MLs into the list to make use of the firepower that you have.

You already have 2 devilfish, getting the pathfinders in shouldn't be that hard...

Perhaps for the solo Braodside makes the most sense. But you are then severely hampered on your already tight anti-heavy tank firepower.

Is this better? I kept the TA on the commander so he is BS 5!!

I think your commander could still use some revison, but beyond that it looks decent.
