If you run a weirdboy and ghazghkull and get a 6 for the psychic power (Waaagh!) does that give you a normal fleet move or is it an upgraded waaagh!(auto 6") since ghazghkull upgrades the armies normal waagh?

It's a normal Waaaagh! that the wierdboy gives.
For the record Ghazguls Waaaagh! does not upgrade the armies Waaaagh! it replaces the armies Waaaagh! which means the Wierdboy Waaaagh! is a normal army Waaaagh! since Ghazguls replaces only the 1 army Waaaagh! that you get.
Geez I said Waaaagh! alot!

Ghazgkull's waagh over-rides the other waagh when he calls it (as it is better). It also replaces the normal onece per game waaagh.
I think there was a ruling on having more than one waagh at a time, but im don't have my dex and faq on me.
Ghazgkulls superwaaagh only lasts for one turn though (one full turn, until his next move).

Yes but the key word in the codex is replace. Ghazguls Waaaagh! replaces the normal army Waaaagh! and does not give you another Waaaagh!.
Therefore if the Weirdboy rolls the 6-Waaaagh! result its going to be a normal Waaaagh! as it is a Waaaagh! gained from another means and not the "armies Waaaagh!".
Trust me if Wierdboys could give a possible 2 or even 3 Ghazgul Waaaagh!s everyone would take at least 3 Weirdboys or whatever the max in the army is! Especially when you consider you would be giving Ghazgul multiple 2++ saves.

Well hes a hq and so is ghaz so you can only take one ,the the word replace is the main problem
Weirdboy says you use the waagh on page 31 . Ghaz says you replace the waagh a pg 31 with supawaagh,so then wouldn't you also have to replace the waagh on pg 31 to supawaagh which is what the weirdboy gets aswell?

You can take 2 HQs in a normal 40K game.

No. The Weirdboy calls a normal Waaagh. Ghaz's Waaagh replaces the army's normal Waaagh. The Weirdboy'z Waaagh is completely independant of the army's normal Waaagh, so is not replaced by Ghaz.
