For 1k;
Drop the Blaster on the Archon and give him a Shadowfield, he needs defense and can't charge with the Incubi if he shoots at vehicles.
Venoms do not need Nightfields, they're moving in close where the range decrease doesn't really matter and the extra Splinter Cannon is too good to not use.
Same applies with both Raiders, they need to be close in and the Flickerfield is more useful in that circumstance. Splinter Racks are a bit too expensive for what they do, but if you have extra points they're fine. At low points values they can be pretty useful, for more offense.
At 1.5k;
The Trueborn Blaster squads should always, always be in Venoms. In order to be most effective, they have to be moving as fast as possible towards vehicles and Raiders waste their transport capacity on 4 models, and the Dark Lance is not a defensive weapon, meaning it cannot fire at cruising speed. Venoms, due to having 2 splintercannons as defense weapons, means they can move at cruising speed and still fire. They cannot all be in one Raider, either, as vehicles can only carry one squad regardless of size.
Same deal with splinter racks, night shields, etc. Voidraven probably would be better off with Flickerfields, as most of its weapons are long ranged.

A Raider is a fast skimmer, and under fast vehicles it says that @ cruising speed it can fire one weapon PLUS all defensive weapons.

The Dark lance can still fire I think.

@Patzer - It can, and aerial assault takes care of all our other vehicles. The only time a DE vehicle needs to move 6" or less is if it wants to allow the guys inside it a chance to fire. Other than that, peddle to the metal, baby.
