No, right? Activating force weapons requires a psychic test but it is not identified as a psychic power. So can a unit use hammerhand and force weapons?

It's a psychic power, as listed in the Force weapon section of page 50:
They have the same effects as power powers, but also confer to the wielder one additional psychic power, used in closed combat, that can instantly extinguish the life force of any opponent.

Look down, back up, where are you? You're scrolling through comments, finding the ones that your comment could look like. Back at mine, what is it? It's a highly effective counter-troll.
