Don't bother with BC, go straight for grey hunters. Are you on a budget by thew ay?

I wont get any long fangs for a while, but its a good thought. My primary foe will be, vostroyans and tryanids so i think its a bit over kill, and i am getting a land raider redeemer.

i only like them when there on my team. other wise they should not be on the table.

Old metal IG. Used to have specific rules last IG codex, per the doctrine rules.

yea there are like imperial guard. My friend is using the new imperial guard rules for them they do look good. he is making a city for our games. i think there are some pictures of them if you want to check them out. Paranoia_Agent is his user name.

Because unless you are willing to make a commitment, and take a land raider crusader, 15 blood claws, and a wolf priest....then you are better off with grey hunters. You run them up, shoot something, and dare them to charge you.

My tactical squad charges a 10 man unit of blood claws. They get 2 attacks standing around, +1 attack for counter attack IF they pass leadership. They hit me on 4+, I hit them on 3+. If nothing else, my powerfist clocks you easier.

They can take a wolf standard, and if they do so they get to reroll to hits of 1. They also shoot me better than blood claws.


Now, to be perfectly honest, I think people dangerously underrate the above 15 BC + WP + Land raider crusader. It gaurantees the charge. IT -HURTS- when it hits. But that's for another thread...
