And his Lancer is: Range 36" S 8 AP 1 ASSAULT 10, MELTA, LARGE BLAST, PINNING
Special Rules:
Bad-ass
Marcus Fenix is the living embodiment of Bad-Ass, nothing can stay his ass-kicking skills, so much that those nearby have their own kick-ass skills increased.
Marcus Fenix confers a 3+ Inv. Save to himself and those within 6", including vehicles.
Eternal Warrior
Chainsaw
Fenix's Chainsaw is so fast and kills really quick, severing arteries in twain and even rendering giant worms hearts useless.
All close combat attacks re-roll to wound AND insta-kill.
Iron Boots
His boots are made of pure chainsaw, so he can drop out of aircraft straight into No-Mans-Land feet first creating a massive shockwave of death.
Marcus Fenix may deploy via deep strike, if so, place a large blast marker over where he will land, those underneath will all be wounded TWICE at S 6 AP 1
NOTE: Fenix does not need to roll for scatter.

No this is actually a true representation of Fenix in the 40k battleground.
His health-regenerates, but that'd be OP in a 40k game situation.
I think he's still UP, what do you think?

Hmmm, not bad. Maybe a touch overpowered. I could see him maybe costed at ~200pts. That would make him completely fair and balanced.
