Who else has read his books? I'm on the crippled god right now and just loving it. I think i'm going to start up a IG army based on the bridgeburners and bonehunters.

I have read and enjoyed the whole Malazan sequence - although it can be a bit hard to get into and some of the POV charcaters I didn't care for.

However its got sooo many interesting ideas and concepts

I've got the first book on my Kindle, but haven't started it yet.

What a friend told me, was the first book sucks, but you need it to understand the story, and it ramps up to very good after the First book. I'll probably start it in a few days.

I loved the first book, its what got me hooked. The characters are awsome.
