So Ive decided the next project will be Daemons and with all my armies, I play strictly themed while still trying to go for a list that can win (I don't imagine this would be too difficult with daemons, even with theme restrictions!).
Since there arent many unit choices I guess it will all come down to unit sizes and character builds, so I had a friend write me up a quick list and I wanted to know what everyone though of it, and what could be changed.

Keeper of Secrets- lvl. 3, Siren Song, Torment Blade Soul Hunger- 590

HoS (herald of slaanesh)- lvl 1, BSB, Great Icon of Despair, Siren Song, Torment Blade- 270

HoS- lvl 1, Siren Song, Torment Blade- 170

HoS- Siren Song, Torment Blade- 120

30 daemonettes- Full Command, Banner of Ecstasy- 415

30 daemonettes- Full Command- 390

7 seekers- banner, musician, siren standard- 211

3 fiends- 165

3 fiends- 165

2496

So from what I remember, the entire idea of the list was to basically make the opponent charge me (or flee I suppose) at what will normally end up as a failed charge, allowing me to charge on my turn. I could be messing the entire idea up, but thats just what it looks like will happen.

Hmmm looks good from here.

One thing I would add would be some furies by taking away one fiend and a torment blade. That gives you enough points for a unit of five to hunt some war machines.

Thats because you made the list. >.>

Aren't the Fiends movement 10 though? With two units that should be enough to hunt warmachines if I have to?

Besides, Furies aren't Slaanesh. Not alligned to any of the gods I suppose, but Im picky...

Yes the fiends are fast but they are really for hitting a flank, pushing 12 attacks and getting combat res. That hopefully would be able to break a unit and then you could start war machine hunting with them.

The only reason I say furies is that they can start going for machines off the bat and if people start shooting at them it takes a little bit of fire off the T3 guys and you arn't losing a lot of points if they are gone.

IMO

Due to the fact that demonettes are the least effective core choice from our codex, their numbers should be minimized. Go just enough points to fill core requirement. Perhaps only one large block. Use the points for mounted HoS(perferably two) and get two largish sized blocks of seekers. If points are tight just run one but however make sure the seekers get a herald. Id also think about dropping all the lvl1 spellcasting upgrades. Finnally consider making your fiends one large block.

I believe adding furies would be a fine addition.
If you can stomach going against theme a HoT LoDeath would make your ldr bomb cook better. Since i'm assuming the Masque is a no-go due to no special characters. if special ks are allowed then she is an autoinclude.
