So I'm going to take my chances and change my playing style to using boats with warriors, to wyches. Here goes lol

Seems to be the cookie cutter wyche with haem list. The last 5 points could be a Grim Trophies upgrade kept near wyches.

Definitely an easy trim would be the Warrior Squads and their S.Cannons. With 6 S.Cannons on Venoms that's 36 poison shots capable from them, which should be relatively decent at cutting up swarms when paired with the Wych assault force.
Just in a general meta sense I'd probably also work in a Crucible for competitive play, but that's not actually a given.
