You won't be able to afford 6 units of Wyches at 1000, and you might want to take Warriors but I'm going with the idea that you want an assault theme to the army since you indicated a preference for Wyches and fast assault over warriors and shooting.
With 2 boxes of Wyches you can functionally create 2 squads. That's a decent base to work with at 1000 points.
I'd avoid the RJBs unless point filling become an issue, they are inferior to Wyches and Warriors - so until you've sorta maxed your Wyches and Warriors they're not an optimal choice - that goes double for Hellions who add in 'more expensive than' to their list of crimes.
I'd suggest as a good base to your army the following;
2x Wych squad (take a Hekatrix with an Agoniser, Haywire grenades for the squad, and somewhere around 6-10 Wyches depending on taste) Buy them a Raider with flickerfields.
2x 10 Warriors with Dark Lance (I'd prefer to have them in Raiders/Venoms and with different loadouts, but I'm just working within what you have)
1x Ravager w. 3 Dark Lances w. flickerfields
That will run you around 750 points or so (I'm rough estimating, but it's in the ballpark, and this does vary greatly depending on how many Wyches you take in each squad) The Succubus can be a functional and affordable
HQ and can be placed in with one of the Wych squads to ride in their Raider. The Warriors are placed in sniper positions, they and the Ravager pop stuff open and the Wyches eat it for breakfast.
You'd still have some points left over to play with some RJB builds or maybe toy around with a unit of Hellions.
Tactics work roughly as outlined above
Also, experiment and come up with your own lists - I'm pretty sure most players here are much more willing to offer feedback on a finished list than constructing one for someone. Finally, I do advise you to check out some
DE tacticas and batreps - they can be an unforgiving army because of their glass chin and it has a steep learning curve that can be mellowed out by familiarizing yourself with their units and how to play them.
