You don't, only poison weapons do that.

Check page 19 of your rulebook.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.

No bonuses.

Also, in 40k [where you posted] I'm pretty sure that you don't get that bonus.

guys I have a question, Im new at gaming (I was only painting and converting models for a while)

with my friend, we want to begin actually playing games, but we don“t know one thing:

What id the phase order? we couldnt find this in rulebook (maybe, if we looked more carefully...) and I think its one of the most important information in rulebook

what Im concerned about, is the order of turn
I move-I shoot-I Charge-You move-You shoot-Youcharge ? or is it somehow different? (I move, I shoot, you move, you shoot, I charge, you charge or some else order...)

I move-I shoot-I Charge-You move-You shoot-Youcharge

This is the correct order. Both players take turns going through all their phases. A "turn" is also defined as one player taking all his phases.

and actual close combat is resolved after both players take turn, when both of them charged?

You resolve combat twice each game turn(two player turns) if you want to see it that way.

Your turn:
Your units may move
Your units may shoot
Assault -> Your units may charge, after all charges are done, all my units that were charged must pile in, then resolve combat(checking who may attack, etc).
My turn:
My units may move
My units may shoot
Assault -> My units may charge, after all charges are done, all your unit that were charged must pile in, then resolve combat

If two units are locked in combat from before, simply resolve their combat during each player turn without the charging/pile in part, until either unit is dead or runs away.
