Does activating the force weapons count as activating a psychic power? I assume it does since you take a psychic test. I am curious to know if I can use hammaerhand and the Force swords in the same phase.

Also, Can I use warp quake while in a rhino/razorback?

The rule for FW state it is a psychic power.

You may only use hammerhand and force weapons in the same phase if you are allowed to use two psychik powers a turn, so a regular BoP would only be able to use one or the other, a librarian could use both.

So one of the people I play alot with says I can only use hammerhand in the first assault phase of a CC. This is because the description says it is used after assault moves are made and since the unit is is combat already and cant move they wouldnt be able to recast. Thoughts?

you can use Hammerhand every turn, just because it is cast after assault moves doesn't mean that you actually have to move to use it.

It doesn't refer to the casing model's assault move, just 'assault moves'... meaning during the assault phase, after all of the models who are charging into assault have been moved.

Only being able to use it on the turn you assault would be a little problematic, given that it specifically states that it can be used in either player's turn...
