When your Grandmaster gives a DreadKnight the ability to scout, does it do your opponent any good to set up Scout-Blockers?
Does the 'Shunt' allow you to move right past them? Shunting Specifically says that you ignore models. Does this bypass the "Not within 12" while scouting" rule?
You ignore models "as you move", right? This still won't let you end your move within 12" of an enemy model. Scout blockers work fine. Unless there's a 28" gap between them and the rest of the person's army.

"ignores intervening units" presumably means exactly that: you only measure to see if you are 12" away when you finish the shunt. Whihc makes sense, as you are "teleporting" in the fluff of the packs, NOT jumping over them.
