I was playing my Necrons on Tuesday and was counting up the attacks for my Wraiths when I was asked - "don't they have two clsoe combat weapons?" because their entry says Claws not Claw (and they also have a barbed tail).

I'd briefly considered this in the past but had dismissed it because I've only played 5th edition where the codexes specifically list if a model has 2 CCW - but was he right?

The Flayed Ones and Tomb Spyders have similar entries.

If so this would make Flayed Ones much more viable!

No, they do not have 2 CCW. Nothing states that "claw" is a CCW,

A Zoanthrope has "Claws and teeth", it doesn't get a bonus. Unless it specifically says they get a bonus, they don't. I wish they did, but they don't.

It doesnt have to specifically state they get the bonus, it just has to define "claws" as a CCW, and the same for "teeth"
