1. Can Nemesis Warding Stave and Brotherhood Banner be Master-Crafted? (The latter one is silly, I know...)

2. Can Apothecary in the Paladin Squad equip Nemesis Force Halberd?

3. Do Paladins with Nemesis force sword possess "True Grit", with their storm bolters?

4. Does daemon hammer count as two-handed?

1) Yes to the first, no to the second. THe banner isnt a CCW
2) Yes, as the apothecary is a model, and "any model may"
3) No such thing as True Grit. The clue is in the fact it isnt in the codex or the BRB
4) No, it follows the rules for a Thunder Hammer.

Thanks!

I understand 1/2/4 now, but probably more clarification needs to be added to 3. I saw a lot of debate going on here concerning how storm bolter gives A+1 CCW bonus to falchions.

Does the same rule applies to force sword? And when did storm bolter counts towards a CCW/ pistol?

No one who's actually read the codex would say such a thing, since it isn't true.

"'players must agree how they are going to select their armies, and if any restrictions apply to the number and type of models they can use."

This is an actual rule in the actual rulebook. Quit whining about how you can imagine someone's army touching you in a bad place and play by the actual rules.

There was NO SUCH debate. The reason Falchions gain an extra attack is because you have 2 of them, and each one is a CCW

The SB is not now a CCW, unlike in the previous codex when the special True Grit rule was around. There is NO True Grit rule any longer

if you can find the true grit rule please quote codex/page.

wether the model has a storm bolter or not has nothing to do with having falcions and that rules debate.

as far as falcions the debate is the model is equiped with "a pair of falcions", the special rules for falcions is the models gains +1 attack.

so the question is :
is it 2 identical special weapons (granting +1A) with a special rule of +1A thus granting a total of +2A OR
is being armed with a pair of falcions a single special weapon that grants +1A.

personally i'm voting for the former as the model is armed like lightning claws with one on each hand. thus having 2 special CCW that are identical.

So what about the Apothecary? Can he take the a pair of falchions too, with its left hand "disabled" (Narthecium) on the model? Does WYSIWYG apply here?

He has to carry two in one hand as that's the only way he could still have 'a pair'.

It's the same with a Deathwing Terminator, who can take a Thunder Hammer and still heal the wounded. The Narthecarium doesn't seem to inhibit his actual hand movements For modelling purposes I'm not sure if the hand comes separate, but you just need to make a cut here and there (or just replace his entire hand down to the wrist with the Falchion, pretty badass for a medic if you do so).

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.

All the Apoth loses is a Stormbolter. Given that a pair of Falchions does not require the SB to buy, you can still buy the Falchions...

He;;s possibly heard of the heretical technology of a "scabbard" (or more likely a maglock) to allow him to attend to the fallen.

The hand comes separate... I'm looking at the sprue right now... So I'll try conversion then... Another hard day's work.

But as for the modeling purpose his left hand equipped with Narhecarium is a single sprue and prevents the using of falchions.

Waiting for my shill money from Spiral Arm Studios

his hand is still free, the Narthecium is strapped to his wrist like the stormbolters are.

you just have to remove his hand to fit the Falchion in there.

As above. It requires a small amount of conversion work to fit, but it WILL fit.
