He has Terminator armour so I would assume so would you agree?

I'm asking because I'm thinking of a mad 500P/750P/1000P list with Librarian with Summoning and The Shrouding for the turns you summon. So I ask Is it possible?

He has terminator armour. Terminator armour grants deep strike. Yes.

Just remember, he can't Summon on the same turn he Deep Strikes. He won't be on the table "at the beginning of the Librarian's movement phase."

Ok. It was only in Theory, I can see a place for him DS'ing though but mabye not using him as the focal point of the list.

Put him with mordrak, and then you have first turn no scatter deepstrike. You can then start summoning turn 2 onwards, instead of turn 3.
