Hi,

I've had some problems recently (well, ever since I started playing competitively actually) with some rules being read the wrong way in my country (France), or codeces being full of translation mistakes. It seems that whenever people do something one way in the US / UK, people in my country do the opposite (it's part of the "french cultural exception" I think...)

I've already had to wait 3 years to get an FAQ for Deffrolas and vehicles, and I'm still waiting to get an FAQ for the cover save vehicles get from the Kustom Force Field (it's oubviously a 4+, but tournament conventions in France and Poland ruled it as a 5+).

So I was wondering : is there any kind of country specific ruler, like John Spencer, who could transmit our questions to GW headquaters in order for them to be FAQed ? I've already emailed Spencer a thousand times about my issues, but he didn't seem much concerned with my (and I should say "our", for every french ork player) problems, and nobody really trusts the answers given by GW hotline...

Thanks for your upcoming answers !

TBH that's the RAW, even though the Codex designer played it as 4+ when 5th came around...

For thirteen years I had a dog with fur the darkest black. For thirteen years he was my friend, oh how I want him back.

Well, I should have phrased it differently. Honestly, I would be glad even if it was FAQed as a 5+ (even though I would be happier with a 4+), but not knowing can sometimes be worse.

How is it RAW 5+?

because obscured only gives you the cover save of what's obscuring the vehicle in the first instance.

a KFF is a 5+ cover save, hence why your battlewagon gets a 5+ obscured save.

Makes sense. I thought it specifically said 4+ in the KFF rules.

As an American playing in France I have seen the difference myself. I find no difference when I go to the UK. But I have found that in France they can at times interpret rules differently. This can be a bit frustrating.
