Games of Berkeley, in Berkeley CA will be hosting an end-of-season tournament. The pertinent information is below:

* This is a 3 game tournament using 1850 point, single detachment armies constructed under the Standard Force Organization. The same army must be used for all 3 games. Select tables may use special terrain rules.

* The tournament fee will be $15 paid at the front counter on the day of the event.(If there are less than 10 attendees we will revert to the normal prize structure and refund the tournament fee)

* There will be prizes for first, second, best paint, best sport, and the dice hate me.

* The first round game begins at 11:45am sharp. Players should check-in between 11:00 am – 11:30 am. Participants in the tournament will play in all 3 games. Each game is 2 hours long.

* Players should bring 3 objective markers, each based on an approximately 25mm - 60mm size base. Claiming and contesting objectives will be handled per standard 5th Edition rules.

* Players must bring two typed army roster sheets for their army & also turn in a copy when checking in.

* Armies must be created using lists from the appropriate current edition 40K Codex books. Newer publications and official Q&A clarifications take precedence over previously published lists.

* Special characters may be used. Apocalypse datasheets and rules from Imperial Armor books may not be used.

* Models should start the tournaments fully assembled. Models that are not fully assembled at the beginning of the tournament should not be used.

* Any miniatures are allowed as long as they are similar to what they are supposed o represent. Forge World models may only be used to represent entries from Codicies or Army books. Vehicles from the Imperial Armour book are not permitted.

* What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG). If you wish to use an item, it must be represented on the figure. Army list choices whose models aren’t available must be converted. Remember, if you are in doubt about a conversion you have done, you probably shouldn’t use it! Please contact us before the tournament to find out if your conversion or scratch-built piece is acceptable. We don’t want you showing up with something you can’t use!

* All models should be on the appropriate sized base as per their current boxed set. (Your 2nd edition terminators should be on 40mm bases!)

* You must bring all the materials you will need to play including: dice, measuring device, templates, models, and any rules and Errata/FAQs that you will be using.

* Unpainted armies will be bared from winning prizes but not from attending the event.

* You must conduct yourself in a manner that will not bring the hobby or the store into disrepute.

THERE ARE ONLY 18 SLOTS! SO SIGN UP ASAP!
To sign up for this event please email me at NikGOB@gmail.com with 'A Cup of Tanna' as the subject line and your name phone number and army you think you want to play in the main body. Games of Berkeley is located in downtown Berkeley, between Shattuck & Center.
