I currently have:

2 Tomb Kings
2 Liche Priests
2 Liche Priests mounted

108 Skeletons (about 50/50 Spearmen/Archers)
24 Cavalry (can be converted to Archers)
18 Chariots

I'm definetly going to pick up a Casket of Souls, but I don't know what else to get. I'd prefer to have a fast moving, mobile army, with lots of magic. Or a construct heavy army.

I am getting started with a similar set, though lesser number of models.

I am looking forward to ushtabi a catapult and some of the constructs.

And I like the casket as well.

My first thought to the thread when I read the title however was . . . pun intended?

So I had to respond.
heh

I was thinking about getting 2x SSCs for my army, but you can't make them shoot twice anymore. :(

And possibly a Hieortitan since they give you an additional d3 to your casting value on models with 12" I believe.

My thoughts precisely.
I like the idea of +1shots on Ushabti archers too, but that may be more thematic that actually useful.
(Editing to add: Which I am not sure can actually work even )

Are level 2 Wizards strong enough casters to actually get spells off?

Yes, they are actually fairly decent tbh...

Either use your level 4 first, and when they are out of dispell dice use the level two.

OR

Use the level two to suck away some of their dispell dice (especially if you can get lucky and onedice a spell or two). They will be very reluctant to throw one dice dispelling as it can fail and they lose their level 4.

I found these too be pretty cool for Ushabti and plastic!

Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd
