I really want to do some Cadian white shields, but don't want to just paint a white stripe on the top of the helmet of a guy that looks thirty.

I've not been able to find any minis of kids in fatigues, just gangers or peasant kids...which wouldn't last two seconds on Cadia >.<

Failing children in fatigues, even just young heads that would fit on a Cadian model body so they look adolescent at least.

Anyone know where I can find anything like that?

could you take mini's of kid gangers and such, file away the clothes and sculpt on the fatigues with GS??

Wow. That sounds like pain. May not have a huge amount of options though. Thanks for the suggestion.

Paint stubble and heavily wash the regular guys to bring out the lines on the faces more while keeping any washes on the kids to a minimum?
