Has anyone else had issues printing the DE, Empire, or WoC FAQ? They come out all garbled or without the answers.

sounds like either an issue with your PDF reader or with your printer settings.

Hmm, I was wondering that. All of the other FAQs printed just fine though. So, I was a little skeptical.

Its possible that the formatting on the files was screwed up in which case youll need the exact font the file was made with to print it out. That can be virtually impossible if it was made under a different OS. In my time working in pre-press i have found that this problem can be fixed if you convert the file's text into vector form true the letters will no longer regtister as text but they'll print out just fine as they're, as far as the PC and printer are concerned, pictures now.
