My Salamander Dreadnought, converted from a forge world MK IV base and inferno cannon and assault drill. i have painted like it has scales like a lizard, first time i tried this think it came out ok.


This is my Vetrean Scout sgt, converted from the Tellion model. imperial fist colour scheme.

all the models look really really nice, but for me the standout model has to be that dread!!! it look fantastic, very well done sir, i tip my hat to you!

I like the chaplain.. but DAMN! That dread is AMAZING! Those scales must have taken ages.

Please tell me how you did the face for the Salamander termie! I've been trying but it keeps coming up weird.

you got sum good work coming along. The detail with the scale affect if some pretty nifty handy work!!! i woulda ended up pulling my hair out trying to get the consistancy!!

The scales did take forever!! But I say if you have other projects on the go then when you get bored/fustrated you can just switch to another project. Although the other problem with that is now I have like 20 projects on the go.

Petrograd08, I used chaos black as an under coat then scorched brown mixed with black, highlighted with pure scorched brown then fine highlight of dark flesh. Gw say that they are black skinned, tried that but I think it just looks weird, so went more dark brown. Glad you like.

wow that dreadnought is amazing

Wow everything looks great chapter master is my fav!

Ugh it makes my hands hurt when i think of how much time it must take to paint a dreadnought like that. If there's a such thing as endurance painting i think you won it.

But everything looks fantastic, great attention to details, hope to see more soon!.

I don't know what it is but those wolves just look really life like! I also like the rune priest the eyes are great and as said many times before that dread is amazing!!!
