I would guess so, they must use some kind of release agent. Anyway, a quick scrub won't hurt them so you might as well, just to be on the safe side.

A quick scrub could actualy hurt them depending on the fine detail for example some of the parts on the kromlech clanking destroyers they sell are ludicrously fragile... maybe a quick soak and rinse??? depending on fine detail and fragility?

Well, I kind of assumed that he wouldn't go at them with a power hose but yes, care should be taken.
