Probably been asked lots but can't find any threads, what size is a terminator base?

Yup. The old ones were on 25mm bases (teetering over the edges), but most players with old models have rebased them - looks better and avoids arguments.

Heh, my grey knight space marines are teetering over the edges. How long before my whole army is on 40mm?

Only my plastics are on 40mm bases (what they came with).
My metals are still on 25mm.

It makes it easier to play spacehulk with them.
They take up less room to pack.
It makes it easier to play spacehulk with them (so worth saying, I did it twice).

I don't play in 40k tournaments. I don't play in stores, and I don't even play 40k anymore. So some neckbeard at the local GW urging me to "rebase them" so they're legal is irrelevant to me.

There is a changed reference to different sized bases in the 6th ed rulebook. It still doesn't say that older models MUST be rebased to the current standard.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.
