When I use the feel no pain with the my painboy, can I feel no pain all wounds taken or just one?

All wounds that aren't caused by Power Weapons, AP 1/2, Double your toughness weapons. And anything else along those lines.
So yes, if you got 20 wounds from Boltguns or something, you can take Feel no Pain against all of those wounds if you failed your first save (if you got one )

yes feel no pain applies to every wound you would normally take a save on. basically he gets hit but he ignores the pain.

Also if you chuck your Painboy with some nobz they also get the FnP.

There is no option to pick a painboy without nobz (Flash Gits are nobz, before someone nitpicks :p).

You can get feel no pain from Mad Doc and attach him to any squad. So you can get it without nobs for one unit.

Yeah, but then you have no control over the unit. I tried to be clever and put a KFF Big Mek and the Mad Dok in a 200-strong Green Tide in Apocalypse. They ended up chasing a land speeder all game.

The Mad Dok is not a pain boy, but a pain boss. Also I don't think you can lead 200 orks anywhere without at least one of them getting 12" within an enemy unit.
