Does Creed get\benefit if squad is given Camo cloaks? (he probably do, but what happens if he is only one who still alive?) I mean advisors explicitly covered in that option, but what about Creed? Its really rare when specials can get any other items that not already listed in their reference.

if one or more models with the Stealth special rule are in a squad, the entire unit benifits.

once the model(s) with stealth dies or leaves, the benifit is lost.

this leads to Lord Commissars with Cloaks able to give stealth to massive blobs.

All the Special Characters can have the additional equipment bought for the unit, unless they specifically state that the unit cannot have the upgrades(such as Harker disallowing Grenadiers on his Vet squad).

Maybe i confused you but, question was not about do Creed get Stealth or no.. question was if CHQ buy cloaks - do Creed get one. (i see it as he not getting it, because advisors mentioned and any upgrade specials not)

Harker's entry further proves it in specifically disallowing the grenadiers doctrine on his unit(he can never wear carapce armor, but will gain defensive grenades, or melta bombs if the other doctrines are taken).
