Aegis should not effect world wolf. This is due to the fact the rule for Aegis says "targeting a squad with Aegis", and that with world wolf, you draw a line.
Thus, due to the fact a unit is not 'targeted' as such, it is not applicable.

By the Space Wolves FAQ, the first model hit by the line is in effect the target. If the first model hit has Aegis, then it would trigger.
