I had a chance to interview Team Angels of Death about their games after each round of the 40k Team Tournament this year.

Enjoy!

These guys played Dakka Detachment 2 in round 4 I believe. I also think the score sheet was a little off and they finished higher than 23rd because their battle points were off, but they didnt really care as they had a good time. Good job guys...way to do the Square proud

They did play us round 4. Hulksmash and I faced drop podding Blood Angels. The terrain looked pretty good when we set up and we won the roll for the first turn, and I was feeling pretty good. Then I watched them set up in the opposite corner, remembering this was table quarters, and all the sudden the "good terrain" really left a 30" no mans land in the center of the board. I was thinking to myself, damn its a good thing we got the first turn so I can move up and pop smoke.

Then they seized the initiative and used a lucious drop pod to drop a furioso dreadnought right on top of us. It only went downhill from there really.

Nice report!

Sounds like a solid team, and they seem like good dudes.
