The kiss is represented on two of the models , my question is since all it is is a special ccw can I just use the chainswords or do I have to model them?

As per rules they must be WYSIWYG in most any tourney. Welcome to pain...
Only 7 in this pic, but hollowed the end of the staff for a counts as on the seer, and hacked off 4 old harlie hands to put them on the other 4.

Actually, it depends on the tournament organizer. If the entire unit takes the kiss then I don't believe there would be much issue if you showed some of the models with it since you couldn't "hide" the kiss when wounds were allocated.
However, if only a few models within the unit take the kiss, then yes, wysiwyg (or counts as) is required.

Since the squad has the ability to take it on a per model basis, you should definitely have an actual kiss modeled on every Harlie who is equipped with one.

I think modelling it is safer. As for your seer, you could model a kiss hanging from his waist or something. Don't know about WYSIWYG if you have two weapons though, even if one is just a normal weapon.

RAW means WYSIWYG only applies to Character models but may tournies extend this to cover any optional wargear.
Check with your Tourney organiser before writing your list.

RAW the Eldar Codex explicitly makes WYSIWYG mandatory on every model in the Codex.
